Millie and Raymond

The first Yat Sing opened back in 1978, originally in downtown Los Altos. It began and remains today as a family run business. A total of 8 family members managed and employed the original location. Years later, Raymond branched off and opened his own restaurant in Redwood City (Marsh Manor Shopping Center) with the help of his wife Millie in April of 1987. In November of 2004, the husband and wife combo expanded yet again with their second Redwood City location at Woodside Plaza. The Los Altos location ended up moving over to Pleasanton, where it currently is today.

The restaurants' philosophy has remained consistent to this very day: to use the freshest ingredients and sauces to create delightful and tasty Chinese dishes. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service in a clean and pleasant atmosphere. Our specialties include home style cooking in Mandarin, Hunan, and Szechuan cuisines. In addition to today's extensive menu with its wide array of dishes, the chefs can supply customized creations to meet your preferences.
